Hey everyone!

Gossip Girl’s Lily Humphrey (Serena’s mom), Eleanor Waldorf Rose (Blair’s mom), and Dorota all made Portrait Magazine’s list of 2011 Coolest TV Mother Figures! Lily took the crown as #1, while Dorota came in as #5 and Eleanor as #7.

I summarized what the magazine had to say because really, the whole thing is pretty long and I didn’t want to lose you guys’s interest!

#1. Lily Humphrey
Portrait magazine praised Mrs. Humphrey for turning herself in to the authorities and confessing that Ben was innocent, while knowing full-well that she would face jail time. Sure, she hadn’t been a very good parent up until now – often times she neglected Serena and Eric for her newest beau, and told many lies to her family. However, she’s doing the right thing and attempting to change now, which is what really matters. Lily gained her kids’ respect and set a good example for them by facing the consequences of her actions.

#5. Dorota Kishlovsky
I think it’s a bit obvious to all of us that Dorota totally deserves to be on this list, even though she technically isn’t a mother to any of the major characters on the show! She played the role of a mother to Blair when her own mother Eleanor Waldorf was AWOL, like, 99% of the time. Dorota was always loyal and patient with her, offering her advice and being a source of comfort – even participating in her schemes! Dorota guided Blair through pretty much her entire life, and she would not be who she is today without Dorota’s unconditional love and support. Eleanor accepts her as part of the family, and she is – after all, she’s still with the Waldorfs even after having her own little baby, Anastasia.

#7. Eleanor Waldorf Rose
I don’t think Eleanor deserves to be on this list as much as the other two, but can’t blame the magazine for that. The visitors submitted their nominations, and I guess they have their own reasons for vouching for Eleanor! Portrait commended Mrs. Waldorf for always wanting the best for Blair, and pushing her to her fullest potential. She has been absent from much of Blair’s life, and for the times she was there, she acted distant and critical. However, underneath it all, she knew Blair’s capabilities and wanted her to become the powerful woman she is becoming today. And as for the constant abandonment? Eleanor knew that her “maid”, Dorota, could provide the nurturing and love Blair needed far better than she could – so she thought that the best thing for her daughter was to have someone close to the family raise her.

Gossip Girl may be on hiatus as filming has wrapped on the show’s fourth season, but it appears the producers already have an impending headache to look forward to. Star reports the show’s three female stars, Blake Lively, Leighton Meester and Taylor Momsen, are fighting over everything in hopes of being the main focus of next season, which may be the show’s last! “All three of them feel their star is on the rise and don’t want the other two to surpass them,” a source tells the mag. Yikes!

Things all came to a head in March over, of all things, costumes. “Leighton’s wardrobe budget was increased, and she started getting some amazing clothes that the other two girls were jealous of,” the source says. “Blake has the most success outside the show in feature films, so she was really annoyed about the wardrobe situation because she felt it was done behind her back.”

Then, according to the mag, the not even on set Taylor got involved in the argument.

The girls all continue to excel outside the show. Taylor is on tour with her group The Pretty Reckless, Blake is filming Hick and then Savages this summer and Leighton has landed a role in Adam Sandler‘s new flick. The men on the other hand are more enjoying the high life, with Ed Westwick spotted at the super swank and posh opening of the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel in London’s King Cross May 5.

HollywoodLife reached out to Blake’s publicist, but we have yet to hear back.

Welcome back to the weekly TVF Gossip Girl Round Table, where our panel breaks down the previous night's episode (see our review from earlier this morning).

Below, GG critic Mister Meester is joined by Gossip Guy, TV Fanatic's President, programmer and accountant (among other titles) to discuss "Shattered Bass."

We're pleased to report that our colleague DANdy has returned to the U.S. in one piece, but is recovering from jet lag and being roofied by Jack Bass at this time.

It's a two-man show once again, sadly. But we'll give it our best:

1. What was your favorite Gossip Girl quote from last night?

Gossip Guy: In honor of the return of the original Basshole, I have to go with the entire scene in which Jack nags Chuck to speed things up with Thorpe's arrest: "Can we call the cops soon? I'm hungry and all you seem to have are olives and hallucinogenic mushrooms."

Mister Meester: Anything out of Jack's mouth would be a good choice, but I'm giving it to Gossip Girl. She's either raiding Chuck's mushroom supply or just plain phoning it in these days with lines like this, after Charlie poured out her meds: "I don't think that's what the doctor meant when he said 'Use As Directed.'" That doesn't even make SENSE!

2. Dan-Charlie sex scene: Hot, weird or unintentionally funny?

Gossip Guy: "Can you call me Serena?" Seriously Charlie? If you already need to role play in the first hookup, where do you picture things going down the road?

Mister Meester: Unintentionally funny that Charlie brazenly wanted to jump Dan's bones in the headmistress' office, then super hot when they both stripped down, then pretty darn weird when she wanted to be called Serena. Things got awkward pretty fast.

3. Harder to believe: Charlie going crazy after missing one dose of her mystery meds, that Blair and Louis are even engaged, or any part of the Russell/Chuck story?

Gossip Guy: Gonna 100% go with the Russel/Chuck/Bart storyline. They had me until Jack knew about Chuck's relationship with Raina from halfway across the world. What is he checking Gossip Girl's blog too? That was just silly.

Mister Meester: Blair and Louis have no chemistry, but he is nice and she loves a good fairy tale. Everything about the Russell Thorpe story arc is confusing, but at least his shadiness has sort of been put into context. But what the heck is Charlie's mental illness exactly? Why did she stop taking her medication? Why did that turn her into a lunatic in a matter of hours? All unclear.

4. Best guest star cameo last night: Cyrus, Jack or the original mean girls?

Gossip Guy: Sorry Cyrus and Jack, you guys have been always stolen my heart as guest stars and all, but Isabel and Katy!? What an amazing throwback to season one. Does anyone else remember when these girls were on the Gossip Girl Insider cast page? Hah, to think we thought they were going to be regulars and not just GG's attempts to diversify the pilot.

Mister Meester: All offered great continuity with past seasons, but did the mean girls forget Nelly Yuki? Weak. Jack ranting to hurry things up after they nailed Russell was awesome, but I'm still going with Cyrus, of whom there is never enough!

5: Rate last night on the Vanessa Uselessness Scale (1-10).

Gossip Guy: In honor of one of the greatest casting articles I've ever read, I'm going to give Vanessa a proper send off with 1. Let us always remember today as the new V-Day. February 14 was so 2010.

Mister Meester: 3. Mocking how useless she is has become too easy, and certainly loses some of its appeal now that Jessica Szohr kind of got fired. The only question is whether we rename this the Rufus or Nate Uselessness Scale for Season 5.

6: Will Blair choose the Prince or Chuck?

Gossip Guy: Definitely the Prince. Much like the little Gossip Girl fans in tonight's episode, we all know I stopped rooting for Chuck. And besides, Blair models herself after 1950s actresses. What's more fitting for her end game than following Grace Kelly and marrying a Prince of Monaco?

Mister Meester: Judging by this photo gallery from next week ... I still have no idea. But it doesn't look like B's too furious with her Dark Knight anymore. Just saying.

Blair: Like much else in your life, that apology was underwhelming.

7. Jack wastes no time
Jack (Desmond Harrington): Your father and I go way back. Which won’t stop me from inviting you to have this little chat somewhere more comfortable, like your hotel room.
Raina (Tika Sumpter): I see the Bass family resemblance.

6. She’ll have to stick with Minion of Honor
Serena: All I ever wanted for you was true love, and I’m sorry it took me so long to realize that.
Blair: Well, it’s not as though I haven’t done my share of subversion. Penelope would have gotten far too much satisfaction out of being the maid of honor.

5. Poor little Nate (Chace Crawford)
Jack: Raina’s proposal suits me fine. It’s just — your daughter’s history with Chuck, Nate Archibald crashing our meeting looking like he just ran away from home — the whole thing feels messy.

4. Inconceivable!
Blair: I’ve lost my appetite.
Cyrus (Wallace Shawn): How can that be? You’re returning to your alma mater as a princess bride-to-be!

3. Don’t let Chuck cook you dinner.
Jack: Can we just call the cops? I’m hungry and all you seem to have are olives and hallucinogenic mushrooms.

Gossip Girl’s OMG Moments From Season 4, Episode 21: “Shattered Bass”

Usually the Gossip Girl gang try to destroy each other with a cutting word here, a leaked secret there, and perhaps a judicious roofying as needed. However, as we barrel toward the season finale, things start to get physical. A surprising alliance, an ill-advised sex request, and a kidnapping in process are among our most shocking moments from Season 4, Episode 21, "Shattered Bass."

5. Charlie (Kaylee DeFer) in Serena’s (Blake Lively) dress
Hoo boy. Why is it that every blonde on this show develops a need to dress up as S? Charlie should dye her hair red. That would inoculate her against this plague.

4. Charlie wants to be called “Serena” during sex
Then again, she may be too far gone for hair therapy. This crazy train has definitely left the station.

3. Chuck (Ed Westwick) is in cahoots with Jack (Desmond Harrington)
Wow, look who’s making a deal with the devil! (We’re not sure who’s the devil in this scenario.)

2. Thorpe (Michael Boatman) is the real killer
Assuming Avery is really dead, of course. You can never assume anything on Gossip Girl. Maybe Avery Thorpe is really Eleanor. Or a sister for Blair! Who’s slept with Chuck! That would end in more bloodshed than the entire Thorpe-Bass saga to date.

First Jack, now Russell. You know what’s gross? How everyone keeps trying to hurt Blair to get to Chuck. Girl needs to take some karate lessons or something.
