PS – A little birdie who was also on set reported that there was a bit of a cat fight between Blair and Charlie.

August 4 Gossip Girl, NY.

Location: E2nd St, Between Avenue A and 1st Avenue.

Cast on Set: First Day – Elizabeth Hurley, Chace Crawford, Penn Badgley, Leighton Meester.
Second Day – Penn Badgley, Leighton Meester, Kaylee DeFer
Third Day – Kaylee DeFer, Matthew and Kelly…… Penn Badgley and Leighton Meester came in about 5:30 pm

First Day: Shooting starts early. The first cast member to arrive on set was Chace Crawford in an Escalade. After 10 minutes, Elizabeth Hurley came to set with her boyfriend, and Chace greeted them before heading inside to rehearse. After 30 minutes, Penn Badgley came to set, followed by Leighton Meester. They both went straight to the make-up trailer. After 45 minutes, Penn Badgley had his hair done (thank god!) and Leighton had her make-up on. They both went to rehearsal just as Chace and Elizabeth left the set. After lunch, Kaylee DeFer came to set and three of the remaining cast (Penn, Leighton and Kaylee) filmed.

Second Day: Penn Badgley and Leighton Meester came to set together. They went inside to rehearse, and Kaylee DeFer followed after 40 minutes. There’s nothing much for the second day because basically they were indoors.

Third Day: Same as the second day. I didn’t stay for the night shoot.

What I Noticed: Everyone was in a fancy dress except for DAN, RUFUS and LILY. They’re very casual.
