Poison Pen Letters in "Memoirs of an Invisible Dan"
One thing’s been made very obvious about Monday’s episode, “Memoirs of an Invisible Dan,” and that is... everyone is about to be pissed.off. at Dan Humphrey! Dan’s long-gestating work of, coughcough, fiction is about to come out and his friends look to be less than pleased with their on-page portrayals. EW reports that those feelings extend to Dan’s long-time on/off love Serena―that must be before the movie idea comes in―and after seeing the Divine Miss S over the years.... it’s obvious to see where a semi-poor light could shine (we’re just being honest!).
BUT―oh yes, there’s a but, dear friends―there’s alleged to be another person in the mix who might be feeling (ultimately?) warm feelings toward Dan. COULD IT BE BLAIR? One can hope. Let’s face it, The Humphrey is totally enamored with B and though there may be a few cutting remarks thrown her direction, the portrayal is probably better than most. We’ve got a feeling that love on the page may get Blair thinking of what-could-have-been... and what we’d argue STILL-COULD-BE!
Meanwhile, that infamous Chuck and Louis scene is still incoming and said to be a heart-jerker. And what about Monkey? Well, we’re likely to see more of him in the following week’s ep.
