Natural Selection director Robbie Pickering has been tapped to direct the creature mash-up The Kitchen Sink for Sony Pictures. Academy Award nominee Jonah Hill (that’s fun to write) was previously eyeing the project as his directorial debut, but he’s since moved on and now Deadline reports that Pickering will take the helm. The story centers on a high-school aged vampire, a zombie, and a human who team up to defend their town from invading aliens. It combines everything that’s so hot right now into one movie, so Sony is presumably hoping they’ve got a hit.
The script was written by Oren Uziel [Correction: Matt Tolmach is the producer] and landed one of the top spots on the 2010 Black List. While the logline could easily be turned into a lazy, teen-aimed comedy, the addition of Pickering gives me hope that we’re in for something more adventurous. It’ll be interesting to see what approach they take with the creatures, and I’m hoping they try to use as many practical effects as possible. It’s been a long time since we’ve seen a creature feature that doesn’t rely on CGI for its monsters, and I’d love to see some seriously inventive makeup work. No word on how soon production will begin, but hopefully we hear more soon.
Hudgens will play a popular teen who finds herself in danger after the alien attack, and Leary will play one of the town's wealthiest and smartest -- though not one of the friendliest -- residents.

нуууу, вот я по вспоминала и поняла, что единственное кино про зомби, которое я смотрела было "Зомби по имени Шон" и оно было реально смешное
Почему этот тип не может постить фотки со съемок?!

"Kind of sad about the response to Ed's new movie.
You don't have to love it, but I hope you guys at least give it a chance.
I don't know if you guys know this, but the executive producer on this movie used to be the co-president of production at Sony. His names is Matt Tolmach. He dropped is position to start his own production company. He is also the executive producer on the new Spider-Man franchise. In fact there are at least 2 from that franchise in this movie with Ed. In order to make it in Hollywood, you need more than just talent, you need connections. Matt should be a good connection for Ed.
About the script...it's not dumb you guys. The premise is dumb I agree but the actual script is about a lot more than that and is a lot deeper. I have seen so many movies with really dumb concepts but when the movie actually came out, they have been really good. And this is a black list script. The guy who wrote it, really impressed Sony. Sony has him rewriting 22 Jump Street before it shoots and he is also in charge of the Men in Black 4 script. JJ Abrams production company Bad Robot and Paramount also have him working on another script. Jonah Hill (who seems to do a good job picking comedic movies to star in) picked this script as his first directing vehicle but some of his other projects got in the way and Sony wanted this out.
The director's (Robbie Pickering) first project Natural Selection won the Grand Jury Prize and audience awards for narrative feature at SXSW. It also won best screenplay, editing, score and his two leads won break through performance there.
Also, most of Ed's projects have been fairly dramatic. It's possible he just wanted something light and fun. He is playing a supporting role. He is probably only in a third to half of the movie. As long as he does well, this role isn't going to hurt his career. "

Приветик) Инга сейчас парни не так качаются, как лет 8-10 назад, когда модно было груду мяса иметь
сейчас другие приоритеты и мне это больше нравиться
вон на Пенне видно, в 1 сезоне он как бы качек "по - старому", сейчас видно он иначе формирует свое телосложение, а вот Чейз..... у него все еще прошлый век...
